Nicorette Green Cross Health Cash Back Terms and Conditions
Information regarding this offer and how to claim forms part of these conditions of entry. By participating, claimants accept these conditions. Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Participation is open only to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and associated companies and agencies as well as the immediate families of each of these people are not eligible to enter.
The promotion begins at 12.01am (New Zealand time) on 01 May 2026 and closes 11.59pm (New Zealand time) 31 December 2026 (Promotion Period).
To claim, claimants must during the Promotion Period: purchase one NICORETTE® QuickMist product from any participating Green Cross Health Pharmacy (including online purchases) in New Zealand (Qualifying Purchase); and fully complete and submit the claim form found online at https://www.nicorette.co.nz/greencross including your name, email address, contact telephone number, date of purchase, receipt number and purchase price and the barcode number from the product purchased in the Qualifying Purchase.
Each valid claim received within the Promotion Period will receive a digital VISA Gift Card valued at AUD$15.
Claims must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Multiple claims are allowed but each claim must relate to a separate Qualifying Purchase. Claimants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt and original barcode to verify each claim. Failure to provide this verification to the Promoter upon request may, at the Promoter’s discretion, result in an invalid claim (and, at the Promoter’s discretion, in all the claimant’s claims being invalid).
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected claims or correspondence, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over mobile telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
Each claimant is responsible for paying for the costs associated with participating in the promotion and accessing the website.
Each entrant must create their own entry and only submit an entry in their own name. All claims become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Within 28 days of the Promoter receiving a valid claim that complies with these conditions of entry, the digital VISA Gift Card will be sent by email and/or SMS to the email address and/or New Zealand mobile phone number provided on the claim form.
Digital VISA Gift Cards are not transferable or exchangeable and the value loaded on the card is in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the receipt of cash-backs. Independent financial advice should be sought.
If a claim is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the claim will be discarded and the claimant will not receive a communication in this regard. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any cash-back, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
Once the cash-back gift has left the Promoter’s/supplier’s premises, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the promotion will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the cash-back gift.
Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter may verify the validity of claims, and in its sole discretion, disqualify any and all claims from, and prohibit further participation in this promotion by, any person who manipulates or tampers with or benefits from any manipulation of or tampering with the claim process or the operation of the promotion (including, but not limited to soliciting votes, disguising an IP address, using multiple email addresses or aliases to submit multiple entries for the same person, or other electronic account) or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive or dishonest manner, acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or acts in a way to jeopardise the fair operation of the promotion.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, manipulation, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected claims.
Claimants’ personal information (PI) will be collected to enable the Promoter and its agencies to administer and promote this promotion and its claimants. The PI of winners may be provided to third parties assisting in the conduct of the promotion, including prize suppliers and deliverers, and for publicity purposes surrounding the promotion. If the PI requested is not provided, the claimant may not participate in the promotion. By entering this promotion the claimant consents to the use of their PI as described. A request to access, update or correct any personal information should be directed to The Privacy Officer, JNTL Consumer Health (New Zealand) Limited, PO Box 147247 Ponsonby, Auckland 1144 by phone 0800 446 147 or email consumer@jjpau.jnj.com. A copy of our Privacy Policy is available at https://www.kenvue.com/privacy-policy/nz. If a claimant does not truthfully provide all requested PI, the Promoter may determine the claimant is not eligible to claim. If the claimant has marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, the claimant consents to the storage of their PI on the Promoter’s database and the Promoter may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding the Promoter’s products and services including contacting the claimant via any medium including, but not limited to, mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages.
