Johnson & Johnson New Zealand Limited may, in its absolute discretion, require you to provide proof of age documentation. If Johnson & Johnson New Zealand Limited is not satisfied with the documentation provided it may, in its discretion, terminate your participation in the programme.
3. COSTS OF COMMUNICATIONS NETWORKS
You acknowledge that access to the Programme will involve third party communication fees (such as SMS text messages, Internet service provider or landline or mobile phone charges). You are responsible for those fees. We do not charge for delivery of email or SMS messages. However, please check with your internet service provider and mobile phone network for any charges that you may incur as a result of receiving email and SMS text messages that we deliver to you as part of the Programme. Note: mobile phone charges are charged at normal standard rates (determined by each individual contract).
4. PRIVACY
Johnson & Johnson New Zealand Limited respects the privacy of its website users. Please refer to our Privacy Policy which explains users' rights and responsibilities with respect to information that is disclosed on this website.
5. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your information will be used by Johnson & Johnson New Zealand Limited in accordance with our Privacy Policy and to: a) provide you with text messages and/or email communications containing tailored health improvement information as part of the ACTIVESTOP® Programme; b) to analyse your medication-taking behaviours; c) to audit the effectiveness of the ACTIVESTOP® Programme and d) where you consent to such use, to notify you of other Johnson & Johnson products and/or services.
